FITNESS LOUNGE
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & CLUB POLICIES
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the undersigned Member (“Member”) and Fitness Lounge LLC, Fitness Lounge One LLC, Fitness Lounge Two LLC, Fitness Lounge Three LLC, and all affiliated entities (collectively, “Fitness Lounge”).

Billing Cycle: Monthly on the same day as enrollment
Monthly Fee: $100 (+ applicable tax)
Annual Fee: $0
Enrollment Fee: $0
Cancellation Fee: $0
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
Membership renews automatically on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled by the Member through the Member Portal or by written notice sent to FitnessLoungeNYC@gmail.com
prior to the next billing date.
Member remains financially responsible for all charges until proper cancellation is completed.
No refunds, prorations, or chargebacks will be issued for late or missed cancellations.
CLUB RULES & MEMBER CONDUCT
Member agrees to comply with all Fitness Lounge rules, policies, and procedures as posted or communicated by Management, which may be updated at Management’s discretion.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Harassment, intimidation, inappropriate conduct, aggression, or disruption of operations will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
MINORS IN FACILITY
Minors may enter the facility only while actively training with a verified independent contractor and after completion of all required waivers and parental/guardian consent forms.
Fitness Lounge reserves the right to deny minor access at its discretion.
ACCESS & SECURITY
• Members must check in using their personal key fob or access code at every entry
• Members may not permit others to enter the facility
• Unauthorized entry or sharing access credentials will result in immediate termination of membership
GUEST POLICY
Guests are not permitted unless expressly approved by Management.
Bringing in unauthorized guests will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Membership dues are automatically billed monthly.
Failure to remit payment within seven (7) days of the billing date may result in suspension or termination.
Member remains responsible for all payments regardless of facility usage.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
Fitness Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All personal trainers, therapists, chiropractors, and health professionals operating within Fitness Lounge facilities are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Fitness Lounge.
Fitness Lounge assumes no responsibility or liability for their services, advice, actions, or omissions.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE & MEDIA CONSENT
Member acknowledges that portions of the facility are monitored by video surveillance for safety and security.
Member grants Fitness Lounge permission to use photographic or video likeness for operational and promotional purposes without compensation.
ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the city and state of the club location.
Member waives the right to a jury trial and agrees not to participate in any class or collective action.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Member and Fitness Lounge regarding membership privileges and obligations.
No oral representations or modifications shall be valid unless in writing and executed by Fitness Lounge.
ELECTRONIC CONSENT
Member consents to receive all notices, disclosures, and agreements electronically and acknowledges that digital acceptance is legally binding.
