Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, brand new to movement, or looking to deepen your understanding of your body, I meet you where you are. Many of my clients work with me long-term for accountability and continued growth, while others come to build confidence, learn how to train and nourish themselves, and go on to thrive independently. In addition to movement coaching, I’ve helped many clients reach their body composition goals—whether that means fat loss, building lean muscle, or improving overall energy and health—through personalized nutritional guidance and structured check-ins. And for those who prefer to make waves, I’m also a certified Red Cross Water Safety Instructor with over 20 years of continuous swim coaching experience, working with people of all ages and abilities including children’s and infants!
