My journey with fitness started at the age of fifteen years old when I started joining the gym. After that, exercise became my passion and this passion leaded me to choose my career. I studied Physical Education and Sports Science for four years with specialization in Special Needs and Chronic Diseases. As a certified fitness instructor, I worked as a personal trainer with adults of all ages. In my experience I realized that most of the people start training because they want to build a better body, that’s why I started too. However, on my way I found out that exercise is not only building muscles, but also something deeper. For me “Exercise is Medicine “and my challenge is to make my customers realize that exercise is prevention for all diseases. By exercising you create a better self, more active and functional improving your daily life. You also build your character and learn concepts such as consistency and patience. For every customer who wants to train with me, whatever his goal is, my personal success is to inspire him in well-being and fitness lifestyle. I believe that the key for a long-term, furthermore for a lifetime commitment with fitness is to understand the value of exercise in health.
