Josh has been a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in NYC for 10 years and specializes in post rehabilitation, human movement, fitness for special populations, hypertrophy, fat loss, strength training, HIIT, mobility training, and behavior change. He is a  NASE Certified Speed Specialist, Brookbush Institute Certified Human Movement Specialist, and NASM Certified Behavior Change Specialist.
