NICK

Certified Personal Trainer | Fitness Specialist for Preventive & Rehabilitative Health |

Nick is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS) and a Personal Trainer (CPT) committed to empowering individuals to live healthier, more active lives. With 20 years of experience helping clients on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and beyond, he specializes in creating fitness programs tailored to support preventive and rehabilitative health, particularly for middle-aged and older adults.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with clients aiming to maintain mobility, manage weight, and reduce the risks of diseases associated with aging and sedentary lifestyles. His personalized training sessions make it easy and convenient for busy professionals and individuals with specific health needs to incorporate fitness into their daily routines.

Drawing from his experience designing programs for clients referred by medical and wellness professionals, he focuses on exercises that enhance strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Whether assisting cancer patients in maintaining energy during treatment or supporting post-rehabilitation recovery for hip and knee replacements, he takes a holistic fitness approach that improves physical and mental well-being.

When not working with clients, Nick continuously expands his knowledge of exercise science or prepares presentations on the benefits of physical activity for specific populations. Some organizations he has worked with include the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Crones and Colitis Foundation, and the Mount Sinai Department of Endocrinology.
