My fitness journey started as a personal training client in 2014. This led to my passion with not only the physical but the mental aspects of fitness. I fell in love with the process, seeing my body transform while becoming stronger. My goal is to guide others through the journey of becoming a better version of themselves. I am a certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
